EcoNIDRA

EcoNIDRA is a combination of the ancient yoga Nidra, or sleep yoga and forest bathing. You experience a guided meditative journey bringing awareness first to your senses, then to your body and finally are bathed in the soundscapes of nature.

A session typically lasts 45 minutes, but can be experienced as a 30 minute add-on to a massage or may be extended by complementing other supportive practices like yoga or chi gong movements, etc.

EcoNIDRA is a great practice to enjoy online in the comfort of your own home or yard, but also can be made into a special group event, class, or retreat.
